RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
breɪkaʊt is committed to customer satisfaction. We want to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why we offer a 15 days return / 30 days exchange period. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Returned / exchanged items must be in 100% resalable condition (unworn, unused and undamaged).
- Time frame begins at original purchase date.
- All returns and exchanges must be initiated from original point of sale (i.e.: breikaut.co)
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are shipping an item over 300 AED, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURN POLICY
- If your item(s) meets the criteria above, please email our Customer Support Team at contact@breikaut.co. In your email, please provide your order number as well as the product name(s) you wish to return and the reasons for return.
- Once approved, YOU will be responsible for the cost of shipping of the product to breɪkaʊt. breɪkaʊt is not responsible for returned products lost in transit. We encourage using a reliable shipping service with tracking information such as Aramex, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Once the product is returned and passes inspection, breɪkaʊt refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Please allow up to 30 business days for credit to clear.
Keep in mind original shipping charges will not be included in the refund.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- If your item(s) meets the criteria above, please email our Customer Support Team at contact@breikaut.co. In your email, please provide your order number as well as the product name(s) you wish to exchange, and reasons for exchange.
- Once approved, YOU will be responsible for the cost of shipping of the product to breɪkaʊt. breɪkaʊt is not responsible for returned products lost in transit. We encourage using a reliable shipping service with tracking information such as Aramex, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
- Once all items have been received, our Support Team will ship the new item(s) back to you.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
